"Got it sorted in the end"
They did fix the issue eventually, but I had to follow up a couple of times to get things moving. I was checking my emails between making dinner and trying to get the kids to settle down, so it felt a bit more hassle than it needed to be. Still, once they got around to it, everything was sorted.

The bags themselves are totally fine for shipping and held up well, so no complaints there. The composting part was where I got a little skeptical. I tossed a few into my home compost and, months later, there were still little pieces hanging around. Maybe they break down better in a hotter or commercial setup, but it kind of feels like the compostable label is aimed at sounding greener than what most people can actually manage at home. Not a bad product, just slower and less effortless than I expected.

It showed up looking really tidy, honestly. The packaging was nice and clean, and it just felt like some care went into it. I know it’s a small thing, but first impressions matter, and this one looked well put together when it arrived

"The sample pack was super helpful"
I’m really glad I ordered the sample pack first. It let me feel the bags in person and get a much better idea of the sizes before placing a bigger order. It made choosing the right ones so much easier. Really appreciate how helpful it was!

"Great local packaging option"
Really glad I came across Hero Packaging... it feels good ordering from an Aussie business instead of just going with the usual big names. The mailers arrived quickly and everything was packed neatly.
I use them for my small shop and they look nice without being over the top. Prices were fair too... I’ll definitely be ordering again

"Branding came out just the way I hoped"
I ordered custom logo mailers and they turned out great. I’m the type who notices little patterns and consistency in branding, so I was really happy to see the colors, placement, and overall look all felt clean and professional. Ordering was easy too, which was a nice bonus.

"Decent support, just slower than I expected"
I ordered some packaging and had a quick question about the delivery, but it took a couple of days to hear back. That was a bit frustrating because I was trying to plan around it, and compared to some other suppliers I’ve used, it just felt a little more...
Once they did reply, they were friendly and got everything sorted without any hassle. Overall it was fine, I just wish the response time was quicker, especially when you’re ordering for a small business and trying to keep things moving.

I ordered from Hero Packaging and overall everything was fine once it arrived. The products were exactly what I needed, but the shipping took a bit longer than I expected. It wasn’t crazy late or anything, just slower than I was hoping for. The tracking worked, but there was this weird stretch where it barely updated at all, and I remember checking it while eating a banana in my kitchen thinking, “Is this thing moving or not?” I’d probably order again, just not if I needed something urgently.

"Good mailers, sturdy overall"
These bags seem solid to me, and the quality feels good overall. They’ve held up well for shipping so far, but I did run into a couple where the seals felt a little weak. Maybe it was just a small batch issue? Overall, I’d say they’re still good mailers.

I wasn’t expecting much at first, but the site ended up being really nice to browse. It looks clean, the colours work well, and the photos make everything feel polished without being too much. The product pages are simple to understand, and the packaging designs look really good too. Overall, it has a friendly, tidy feel that was a bit better than I thought it would be.

"The site was more annoying to use than I expected"
I was planning to place an order, and the products themselves looked totally fine, but using the website kind of wore me down a bit. It just felt clunky in a lot of small ways. I had to click around longer than I expected to find what I was looking for, and a few pages took their time loading, which made the whole process feel slower than it needed to be. Checkout also wasn’t as clear as I would’ve liked, so I kept second-guessing whether I was doing everything right. Nothing was completely broken or impossible to use, but it definitely wasn’t a smooth shopping experience, and by the end I was more frustrated than I thought I’d be.

"Delivery has been dependable"
I’ve ordered from Hero Packaging a few times now and the delivery has been mostly right on time. One parcel showed up a day later than expected, but it wasn’t a huge issue. I reached out just to check, and support basically said, “It’s still on the way and should land shortly,” which turned out to be right. The tracking was easy enough to follow too, so overall I’m happy with the experience.

"Pretty much what I expected from them"
I always kind of assume brands that care about the little details will get the packaging right too, and this felt like that. Simple eco packaging, nothing overdone, no hassle, just easy and it lines up with what they seem to stand for.

The bags are fine, they do what they’re supposed to do. Nothing amazing, but no real complaints there. The delivery just took longer than I thought it would, which was a bit annoying. I might buy them again... just probably not if I need them quickly.

I’ve ordered from Hero Packaging a few times now, the products I’ve received have been good. The quality has been solid, and delivery has been fine whenever the items I wanted were actually available, so I don’t think I’m being too picky there.
The main issue for me has been stock availability. A couple of the sizes I regularly need were sold out, which made it tricky to keep everything consistent for my small shop. I’d definitely use them more often if the popular items were restocked more reliably, because I’m sure other small business owners probably run into the same thing.
